Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Cancellations

Once a payment is completed and the digital product is delivered, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for digital products, except in the following cases:
  • ✅ Duplicate Payment – If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • ✅ Technical Issues – If you are unable to access the purchased PDF due to a technical error (e.g., download failure), we will provide support. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.
  • ✅ Incorrect Product Delivery – If you received the wrong PDF, we will correct the issue by providing the correct file. If necessary, a refund may be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • If you believe you qualify for a refund, please submit a support ticket via our Support Page with the following details:
  • 📧 Your purchase email
  • 🆔 Order/payment ID
  • 📌 Issue details (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect product, download issue, etc.)
  • 🔹 Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Download Limits & Support

  • Each purchase allows two downloads.
  • If you exceed the download limit, you can request an extension by submitting a support ticket using your purchase email.
  • Support is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (IST).
