1. Delivery Method

After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via email. There is no account system; downloads are only accessible through the email link.

2. Delivery Time

Most downloads are available instantly after payment. In some cases, processing may take a few minutes to a few hours (especially if the PDF is being prepared).

3. Issues with Downloading

• If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
• If the download is not available or stuck in progress, please wait a few minutes and try again.
• If you still experience issues, contact us via our Support Page for assistance.

4. Download Limits

Each purchase allows two downloads. If you exceed this limit or need to download again, submit a support ticket with your purchase email to request an extension.

5. No Physical Shipping

Since our products are digital, there is no physical shipping, and no shipping charges apply.
