• After a successful payment, you will receive a download link via email.
• You must enter a valid email and verify OTP before making a purchase.

3. Download Policy

• Each purchase allows two downloads.
• If you exceed this limit, you can raise a support ticket using your purchase email to request an extension.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital products are non-refundable.
• If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase, please contact support for assistance.

5. Support & Assistance

• Only verified users (those who have completed OTP verification) can raise a support ticket.
• Support is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (IST) via the Support Page.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All PDFs, content, and materials provided by PrepBundles are protected under copyright law.
• You do not have the right to copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content.

7. Limitation of Liability
